Sustainable and appreciative personnel management as well as work and organisational design

Sustainable companies focus on all stakeholders. In addition, there is an awareness that both customers and suppliers demand low-priced and high-quality products from companies, but also an ethically correct attitude. We cultivate adequate work and organisational design within the Institute and also offer support for interested companies in this area. Strategies from the area of New Work and Work 4.0, which above all focus on the working person, are part of this. We help to make corporate strategies “green”, ways of thinking and consumer behaviour “sustainable”,  work and actions “environmental friendly”.
