Ines Bauer is a nutritionist (M.Sc.) with a focus on sustainable nutrition.

She wrote her Master’s thesis on the topic of “Sustainable nutrition in school lessons within the framework of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)” and in this context also dealt with the integration of ESD into her studies.

She is committed to a sustainable transformation of out-of-home catering with a focus on businesses, schools and care facilities.
